Right to data portability
You have the right to request the transfer of data that we automatically process on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of an agreement to yourself or a third party in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Contact form
If you send us enquiries through the contact form or per e-mail, we store your information given in the contact form, including the contact details you provide therein, in order to process your enquiry and for being able to respond to any future follow-ups. We do not transfer this data to third parties without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, it is sufficient to send us an informal e-mail. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out until the withdrawal of consent remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
We store the data entered by you in the contact form until you request its erasure, withdraw your consent for its storage or the purpose for the data storage ceases to exist (e.g. once we have finished processing your enquiry). Mandatory legal provisions, and particularly retention periods, remain unaffected.
4. Data collection in the myVStats app
We use the data entered when registering for the myVStats app for the purpose of providing our services. All of the mandatory information queried during the registration process must be provided in complete form. We reject any incomplete registrations. We use the e-mail address stated during the registration process for informing you of important changes, such as regarding the scope of the offer or necessary technical changes. The data entered during the registration process is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your given consent at any time. To do so, it is sufficient to send us an informal e-mail. The lawfulness of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the withdrawal. We store the data collected during the registration process for as long as you are registered on our website and delete it afterwards. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
Registering with Facebook Connect
Instead of registering directly on our website, you can register with Facebook Connect. This service is provided by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.
If you decide to register with Facebook Connect and click on the “Connect with Facebook” button, you are automatically transferred to the Facebook platform. where you can register with your user data. This links your Facebook profile to our website and services. This link gives us access to your data stored on Facebook. This primarily includes:

Personal data processing
We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is required for concluding, designing the contents of, and amending the legal relationship (existing data).
The following existing data is collected and stored within the scope of using the myVStats app:

• Game results and statistics
Of this data, the following information is transferred to other users:

We only collect, process and use personal data about the use of our website (usage data) insofar as this is required for enabling the user to use the service or for invoicing them. The collected personal data is deleted after the business relationship is terminated. This does not affect any legal retention periods.

Data transfer to third parties when concluding an agreement
We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is required within the scope of the performance of the agreement, such as to the companies engaged with delivering the goods or the bank engaged with processing the payments. Your data is not transferred to third parties without your explicit consent, such as for advertising purposes. Data transfer when concluding an agreement for services and digital contents

Google Analytics
This website uses functions provided by the web analysis service Google Analytics. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

IP anonymisation
We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. Google therefore abbreviates your IP address within the Member State of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transferring it to the USA. The full IP address is only transferred to a Google server located in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional circumstances. Google uses this information as ordered by the operator of this website to analyse your use of the website, prepare reports on the activities within the website and provide further services related to the use of the website and the Internet for the website operator. We have concluded a commissioned data processing agreement with Google Analytics and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
6. Newsletter
Newsletter data
If you subscribe for the newsletter, we need an e-mail address from you. Other data is not collected, or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the required information and do not transfer it to third parties.
The data is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent for the storage of the data, e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, by using the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter, for instance. The lawfulness of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
We store the data provided to us by you for the purpose of receiving the newsletter until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and delete it after you have unsubscribed. This does not affect any data stored by us for other purposes.
